Who We Are
Brentwood Power Equipment Center has been a family-owned business since 1986. Our store is located on land that has been in the family since 1710.
We're proud to say that our employees tend to stay with the business for a very long time, resulting in very little turnover and giving us a great, dependable team to work with. Our technicians have multiple years' worth of accumulated experience with the equipment that we service and sell, and all of us attend continuing education conferences and seminars to keep up with the latest technology.
A Little History
The company began in 1966 in Exeter, NH. At that time, it was known as Ralston Tree Service.
In 1986, Dave Flagg bought the business, and moved it to Brentwood in 1998.
We enjoy a similarly long history with the brands we service and support. Brentwood Power Equipment has carried Snapper brand equipment since 1972, Jonsered equipment since 1986, and Simplicity equipment since 1988.
About Dave
Owner Dave Flagg has an Associates of Science degree in Automotive Technology and an extensive mechanical background.
About Steve
Steve started working in the Outdoor Power business in 1974, and has been loving it ever since. He is Brentwood Power's Chief Mechanic, and shop foreman.
About Nate
Nate, Dave's oldest son, started working with his dad when he was in fifth grade. He returned to Brentwood Power in 2008 after taking a four year sabbatical to join the Marine Corps.
